2025 SOUTH PARK TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY DAY

South Park Township's annual Community Day celebration will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025. This year's theme is "SP 180."

Community Day kicks off with a parade at 11:00 a.m. Then head to the fairgrounds for food, vendors, games, and entertainment.

2025 PARADE INFORMATION

The Community Day Parade will begin at 11:00 am. Participants in this year's parade will meet in the Sesqui Parking Lot on Corrigan Drive. The route will be along Corrigan Drive, right on Brownsville Road, and continue into the county fairgrounds driveway.

To secure your spot in the parade and ensure the information is correct, please visit our online Community Day Parade website here and fill out a form that best describes your business/organization. Parade participants can also print out and complete the Parade Application form by August 15, 2025, found online here.

No cars will be provided by the Community Day Committee. It is the responsibility of each parade participant to provide their own transportation in the parade. All participants should be in Sesqui parking lot, no later than 10:30 am for lineup. No personal vehicles, other than those in the parade are permitted in the parking lot on the morning of the parade.

2025 VENDOR INFORMATION

To reserve a space at Community Day, please visit our online Community Day Vendor website here and fill out a form. Be sure to select the form that best describes your business/organization. Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot for the event. Spots are not guaranteed until application is reviewed by South Park Recreation Deptartment and payment has been received. A payment link will be emailed upon application approval. Approved vendors also have the option of mailing a check or paying in cash in person prior to the event.

Sign up early to secure your exhibit booth space, as applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for CRAFT Vendors is $30 for one 10 foot x 10 foot space, $60 for one 20 foot x 10 foot space, or $90 for one 30 foot x 10 foot space. The cost for FOOD vendors is $100 for one 10 foot x 10 foot space ($50 per additional 5 feet), $125 for a small food truck, or $175 for a large food truck. You will be sent paperwork to the e-mail provided, detailing space location. Applications must be submitted by August 15, 2025 to ensure that your requested space is available. We kindly ask Vendors to not sell or give away bottled water.

- Completed Vendor Form
- Copy of ACHD (Food and Beverage Vendors)
- Copy of PLCB Permit (Alcohol Vendors)
