If you have an Emergency in South Park please call 911.
Tri-Community South Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is owned and operated by the Townships of South Park, Upper St. Clair and the Municipality of Bethel Park to provide emergency care in the three communities. The system, established in 1978, is built around a core of highly skilled and experienced emergency medical technicians and paramedics employed by the communities and augmented by a dedicated volunteer staff. The EMS service area spans 33.5 square miles, the second largest in Allegheny County, with a combined population of about 78, 000 residents. This translates to more than 6,000 emergency calls a year.
Tri-Community South EMS has grown over the past 25 years to meet the needs of its residents and has much to offer besides emergency care. In addition to CPR, First Aid and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) classes, Tri-Community South EMS has speakers available for schools, Boy and Girl Scout troops and business organizations. Child seat safety checks are performed by trained technicians. For additional information, please call (412) 831-3710 or visit the website at http://www.tcsems.org. Nora Helfrich is the Director.
